Finished the OKC Memorial Half-Marathon and I did not die! I barely trained for this, so I'm really happy about it! Finished in 2:19, so right at 10:30 pace. I expected to have to walk-run it and finish in more like 2:45. Really really happy with that.

My 2022 in review, #fitness edition!
Accomplishments:
* no significant injuries the entire year
* learned how to do olympic lifts like clean & jerk, and snatch
* averaged 20mph (32kph) on my bike in a #triathlon for the first time
* rode my first #cycling century
* competed in my first #ironman 70.3 (5:57:41)
* competed in my first triathlon age group national championship
* qualified for age group nationals again next year
* Set a 5 mile #running PR (37:28)
* Selected to #TeamZoot for 2023 -

Last ride of #2022, and the first ride of #2023. Got in a few lovely miles with @LaurenSmith; set a new miles-per-year PR.
