#tcrno11 as it seems both leading cyclists could have been disqualified for breaking some rules, but they weren't. The right call as far I'm concerned. Maybe the organisers can clarify the rules even more for #tcrno12 - in the end one has to rely on the good will of the participants. Or you can control if someone gets only some nice wishes from home or some tipps about route closures...?
