Schüttelzucchini #Lavendel-Limettenbutter + geröstetes Brot

Tarte mit #Tomaten #Salbei + #Amarettini

Gerollte Biscuittorte + Beeren (Ottolenghi)

Tomaten-Tarte-Tatin + Burrata

#Tomaten + #Schalotten anbraten, mit #Knoblauch #Zitronenthymian mischen.
Tarte-Förmchen mit der Mischung belegen, Mit #Blätterteig abdecken. Backen.
Tomaten häuten, in einem Sud aus Wasser #Lorbeer Zucker Knoblauch #Zitronenzesten marinieren, in Öl + #Lavendel wenden.
Je 1 Törtchen mit 1 Tomate + 1/2 #Burrata mit #Gremolata (#Petersilie #Zitrone) anrichten, mit #Käse + gerösteten #Pinienkerne.n bestreuen.

#BlattSpinat mit einer #Schalotte in #Butter dünsten. #feta dünn in Scheiben (Windmühlenflügel) schneiden.

Kleine bunte #tomaten halbieren.

#cremefraiche mit reichlich #eier verrühren, mit #Muskatnuss , #kräutersalz und frisch gemahlenem #pfeffer würzen.

#mürbeteig in die gefettete #quicheform einlegen, #spinat und #creme vermengen und einfüllen.

Mit #tomatenhälften , #feta und Trugresten dekorieren.

45 Minuten bei 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze.
