My 14-month run without having an SVT incident just ended.
Just had one that woke me up. Heart rate jumped to 120+ BPM. It lasted about 6 minutes, then dropped to 70 BPM, which is still elevated compared to my normal of about 52 BPM. A slightly elevated rate for a few hours after an SVT incident is typical for them in me.

Another SVT heart-racing incident. It started at 12:55 when I was sitting in my recliner chair. Heart rate jumped to 156 bpm (as reported by Apple Watch).
My posture was bad as I was reading my iPhone screen close to my face with my glasses off. I’m convinced that a hunched posture triggers many of the incidents.
A MVM stopped it at 13:30. Rate dropped to 80 bpm.

I was woken up by an SVT heart racing incident at 01:20 this morning. Rate was 133 bpm as recorded by Apple Watch. I did the MVM* at 01:25 and this stopped it. Rate dropped to 78 bpm.
Data in Apple Health shows the high rate started about 00:50. See pic.

Another SVT heart racing event. Started at 19:45 when heart rate jumped to 158.
A second MVM* at 19:54 stopped it. Rate dropped to 88. Which is normal for me just after an SVT event. Over time the rate will stop to my normal resting rate around 60.

It looks like there is a promising nasal spray calcium channel blocker that is highly effective at stopping SVT incidents without adverse side effects. In double-blind RCT trials at present, I think.

First SVT heart-racing incident this morning since the 19th June. Started at 08:45 as I was at my desk. I’ve noticed that I’ve had bad posture just before numerous SVT incidents. Hunched over a keyboard or an iPhone. Maybe it changes the pressure in my chest and that partly triggers the wacky heart electrical activity.
A MVM stopped it at 09:24. After a few MVM attempts didn’t in the 40 minutes it was occurring.

I was woken twice by SVT heart-racing incidents last night. At 03:22 and then again at 04:53. Doing a strenuous MVM* stopped both.
I’ve had incidents on 53 of 524 days since the first on 3rd Jan 2022. So 10% of days. The attached chart shows when. I'm keeping this data for future medical appointments.
* Blowing hard into a syringe to build high chest pressure before raising my legs. See this post for more info on MVM - it’s a real medical thing https://mastodon.social/@ianRobinson/110251779905694078

Another SVT thing happening. Started at 19:38 as I was at my desk. Heart rate suddenly jumped to 145 bpm. It’s been above 140 for the last 20 minutes.
MVM as outlined in https://mastodon.social/@ianRobinson/110251779905694078 hasn’t reduce it. Hopefully it’ll revert to normal shortly. Annoying.

Woken at 04:20 by an SVT* occurrence. Heart rate 130+ bpm.
Did a Modified Valsalva Manoeuvre** at 04:25 and it worked. Rate dropped to 81 bpm. Then to 70 bpm.

SVT heart thing twice today. 05:30 in bed and 14:30 at my desk. The modified Valsalva manoeuvre thing stopped it both times.
