Through this system’s pursuit of profits, we have been put on a collision course with social and ecological limits that can no longer be ignored. We need an alternative. We need radical abundance. A world of human and non-human flourishing made possible by democratically planned production.

In this study circle we will read Radical Abundance (2025) by Kai Heron, Keir Milburn and Bertie Russell, an eco-socialist book packed with real-life examples of communal planning and resistance, proving a better future is possible. Together we will discuss the examples presented in the book, if they could work in a Swedish context and how they relate to degrowth.
