When I listened to their song Shithead paying attention to the lyrics I noticed this:

This is a reference to the Steve Martin film The Jerk (1979).

I just learned via Tik Tok that there was a TV movie called “The Jerk, Too” which was a “reworking” of the classic Steve Martin film “#TheJerk” which I love. #SteveMartin didn’t write or start in it and was just credited as an Executive Producer. The intro and theme song were appalling and I can’t believe this abomination exists. Or that Steve let it happen.
