Two last thoughts on #StarOdyssey before I banish it from my mind altogether.
1. One of the things I loved about #Starcrash was that it got *all* of its tiny budget up on the screen. However small #StarOdyssey1979's budget was, they can't have even gotten 10% of it up on the screen. I can only assume the rest of it was spent on cocaine and very expensive Italian suits.
2. Yanti Somer was quite a dish. Her legs deserved better cinematography.

Yes, #StarOdyssey, you and #Starcrash are both late Seventies Italian sci-fi “Star Wars” ripoffs. But I know #Starcrash. I watched #Starcrash. I enjoyed #Starcrash. You my friend are no #Starcrash.

Caroline's hubbie Judd (Elle the robot) was concerned about the growing vibe between her & the Hoff, & kept coming up with "artistic" reasons why the two should not have a final kiss. Hence the feeble hug.

While this was being shot, Star Wars was making huge amounts of money, and the producers kept hassling the director to make it as Starwarsy as possible
