Using the Personal Atmosphere #StarbornPower you can run full-tilt with literally any amount of loot, Carry Capacity be damned. As long as the power is active you have unlimited oxygen and don’t accumulate carbon dioxide.
Combined with Amp you can cover a lot of ground quickly, and with RedAmp in melee combat you can just keep power attacking over and over faster than anything in the Settled Systems can keep up. Except for Va’ruun Robots in the Embassy—like seriously WTF are those ever overpowered.
Anyway. By the time the Personal Atmosphere runs out, your power meter has already recharged, so you can just keep going and going and going like the fuckin’ Energizer Bunny.
