поки реєстрація відкрита, план створити більш-менш український осередок. Система обіцяє стабільність і розподіленість - може бути цікаво.Є два живих клієнти - Manyverse та Tilde Friends. Перший бльіш стабільний, нагадує Mastodon або Twitter. Другий ідейно ближче до zeronet у виконанні. Підтримує концепцію вбудованих застосунків. Використовую їх обох на різних девайсах. Чекаю ваших думок чи доступ через i2p та tor?

It seems to me that #scuttlebutt is mostly dead. There is currently maintained client neither on #FDroid nor on #Flathub any more, and it doesn’t seem that they ever really resolved a problem of entering the community (all open #ssbroom are just long lists of UUIDs … enjoy!).

After reading some more I dared to add a pub instead. Supposedly, they have fixed both, the excessive waiting problem, and the memory issue.
And yes, I got a responsive client within seconds. I mistook the upcoming hashes in the connection tab for otger servers, and randomly connected to a few of them. Apparently that meant following people instead. One of which reciproked, and so I ended up looking at a long list of their followers. None I recognized by alias.
Searching for #ssbroom from within manyverse did not yield any rooms. So I suppose they might not be very popular, yet.
So I tried clicking on posts which now seem to appear in my stream. At first I though the client crashed. Nope, the back button works, it's just that clicking on posts leads to a blank thread view. Didn't load anything after 20mins. I'm probably doing this wrong. The abstract seems tantalizing, I'd love to follow that guy, or at least react on the post so I can find it later. But can't, it's blank.
Clicking back, the search bar is gone. There's still space reserved for it. I shouldn't wait for that, right.
Okay, maybe sending works better. I'll prepare some maths, and report back later.
