Absolute bosses! Rupert Allison and Hannah Rickman first man and first woman in the 2023 Spine Sprint. Both have smashed the course record out of the park! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Rupert’s confirmed time was 6 hours 59 minutes and 40 seconds.
Hannah’s was 8 hours, 41 minutes and 38 seconds.Hannah is having a few hours of sleep and then is volunteering in the checkpoint team! Not bad at all Hannah! 🙌🏻

The first three men in the #SpineSprint - Jon Shield in first with a new Sprint record, Hamish Waring in second and Andrew Morley in third. They’ve all run through 46 miles of incredibly windy #PennineWay with atrociously wet ground conditions, and they all look fresh as daisies!
