The linux workstation is back up and running with the new power supply (much more quiet), and some of the diagnostics from journalctl -kf. Still need to diagnose the disks (with smartmontools) and replace what appears to be a wonky patch cable. Thanks for the help.
Today is International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons. Seems fitting based on where we are at the moment.
Migration has kicked off in force, and the sparrows have begun to return along with thrushes and waterthrushes. Below is one of the most challenging (to me) sparrows, the Clay Colored Sparrow. Very similar in appearance to many others, so you have to hear them. The call is not what you would think a bird would make.
