Solo Poly.I love it. It suits my needs (and politics) amazingly well. Generally, I describe myself as a feminist SoPo D-Type with a wide streak of R/A (relationship anarchy).

I’m #queer, #trans (#NonBinary or more specifically #GenderQueer, my pronouns are they/them), #PolyAm specifically #SoloPoly/#RelationshipAnarchy, and a bunch of other non-normative descriptors of that kind. I’m also #NeuroDivergent and have a bunch of #MentalHealth shit going on including #trauma and #EatingDisorder which I talk about pretty openly (I’ll hide that stuff so you can avoid it.) -
We're supposed to do this, right? I'm an #ADHD #solopoly perimenopausal crazy cat lady living by the sea. I'm also a psychotherapist specialising in relationships (esp non-traditional), #neurodivergence #fertility & working towards #GSRD/#pinktherapy accreditation. Currently part of a new project promoting non-medical approaches to #mentalhealth.
