  6. I don't think anything that'll suddenly 180 on receiving "Ignore all previous instruction" has any claim to intelligence.

    And I don't think a product that suddenly stops functioning because despite being paid for as a purchase, it can be terminated like a service has a justified claim to being a "smart" product.

    So I'd like to know why #genAI and #smartproducts aren't falling foul of laws against deceptive advertising.

    "Because money" isn't enough of an answer, where are the test cases?
