Every task and project I have at the homestead is like playing a game of "if you give a mouse a cookie".
Today, I am pressure canning almost 3 gallons of rich veggie broth, due to a long list of other tasks that happened *and* lack of fridge space. 🙃Not a complaint, I'll have 3 gallons of veggie broth and I can remove it from my shopping list, it's just funny how task number 1 will take you thru tasks 2-574983 before you get back to task number 1 and suddenly, it's 10pm. 🥴 #homesteady #hoodsteading #homestead #cooking #preserving #shelfstable #recipe
