Looking for connections between #MixtapeOH and #skzTheView.

The obvious connection is: their MVs are both set in the #OnTrackUniverse, in which #skz are members of a high school film club.

(However the MV for Mixtape: OH came out 2 months before the MV for The View.)

#Felix was being sad with the old-timey film camera, so I looked back at #MixtapeOnTrack to remind myself of who was the cameraperson originally. It was #Hyunjin, and it was a different camera, but okay that might be a little #HyunLix shippy moment.

But then in The View, #Seungmin has an old-timey film camera (a different one again from the previous 2) and he's pointing it at #BangChan

Having a minor meltdown over this 2019 performance of #SpreadMyWings, for multiple reasons.

* today's one of the days on which this is my favourite #skz song, and I haven't seen this performance before, and it's so good

Since I originally clipped this, I've seen a fair few times where #Seungmin seems to indicate that he likes being spanked.

When #LeeKnow suggests birthday spanks for #Hyunjin, Seungmin's reaction is interesting. It looks to me like he's trying to catch #BangChan's eye, or gauge his response to the suggestion, or something like that.

It's possible that he's trying to get Lee Know's attention, but less likely cos it's clear that Lee Know's attention is fully focused on Hyunjin in that moment.

In the following months, Seungmin did end up getting some good solid spankings on livestreams, from both Lee Know and Bang Chan, so I guess he found a way to communicate his interest.

#Seungmin was holding the camera with himself in the side of the shot.

Seungmin's expression went from smiley to not-smiley to a small head-shake to oh-yeah-I'm-filming-this awareness to a smile that seemed a little less genuine.

I don't normally pay much attention to supposedly 'jealous' moments.

They're a staple of shipping manifestos, and they kind of irritate me. ("This person gets jealous when someone else flirts with their person! Gasp!")

For one thing, I'm polyam myself. My happy place is to imagine that everyone else is polyam too, and no-one ever gets jealous or possessive, and it's an unmitigated Good Thing when their person is touchy-feely with other people.

Another thing is that most of this so-called evidence is really nothing of the sort. Yeah someone seemed a bit pissed off or in a bad mood, and this happened while their supposed love interest was getting handsy with someone else. And there are a hundred plausible explanations, most of which have nothing to do with anyone getting jealous.

All those disclaimers aside, I have a weakness. It is a #SeungChan weakness. It's the tight-lipped forced smiles, head shakes, or I-cannot-believe-this expressions that Seungmin sometimes lets slip out when #BangChan is being flirty or touchy with anyone who isn't him.

(Sometimes Seungmin has this response to flirty #LeeKnow too, and possibly others?? but when it's Chan, I tend to notice it more. Because SeungChan is my favourite ship.)

Very rare to see that type of maybe-jealous? reaction from Seungmin in the last couple of years. Either he's got better at hiding it, or he doesn't feel that kind of way so much these days, and so there's nothing to hide.

The members all guessed that #MinSung would be the top couple, but the script said that it had to be #ChangLix for some reason.

If they'd shown the whole thing, we would have seen all the members explaining why they were betting on MinSung to win the top couple award.

And then the rigging would have been too in-your-face when the award was given to ChangLix.

(I'm not suggesting that MinSung is a superior ship btw. I like all the ships equally. (Okay I like #SeungChan best, shhh don't tell the other ships.) But MinSung is pretty clearly the most obvious and prominent ship, and the members are into it.
