Le Toneking Amati "JK" remonté...ça sonne, mais le son est encore vilain...il faut des passes et des repasses de réglage, avec la lampe à fuite, et je trouve toujours des micro-fuites...et j'attends des plaques de liège pour finir le bocal...

Le premier de 2026...un sax tenor Lefebvre "Soliste" des années 30, partiellement retamponné, réglé. J'ai retrouvé un bocal, j'ai mis des boutons en nacre abalone. Les gardes du pavillon viennent d'un Buffet Crampon (modification très ancienne)...c'est un sax tenor hybride...

Dernière restauration de l'année...un Masspacher (en fait un stencil Guenot Douchet de 1945 environ) ...avec des boutons roses, pour la provoc...et ça sonne pas mal...une fois tout bien réglé...(il y a des vidéos sur yt, notamment celle de Michael Ausserbauer)

My photo in Die Zeit (Germany) this morning (part 3 of 6!)
They chose the Selmer Balanced Action Saxophone of 1940 for this article. I would have gone with the 1980s Yanagisawa, but I'm not a journalist....A lot of the colour is lost in the newspaper version - possibly because they don't have the amazing Sanji from Skar Image Lab at their disposal! (Best printer in New Zealand)
