A new report from TransActual looks at the impact of the 2025 EHRC interim update on access to, and experiences within, gendered spaces in the UK.
Trans people are being challenged, misgendered and harassed whether they use a facility that aligns with their sex assigned at birth, or not. Many gender non conforming women also report more challenges in gendered spaces.
