    My back was out for most of the day yesterday & all of last night.

    I didn’t damage it feeding the #sheep & #alpacas, the pain hit me while walking back from the feed.

    I think my #ImmuneSystem is attacking my spine again. 😣

    I’ve managed to bring in a food delivery & make breakfast - the pain isn’t so bad this morning.

    Gardening has to be done. Going to put some young #Santorini #tomatoes into that big tub, so I’ll need to move about 125kg of potting mix. Yay 😖
