Anger is also a stage of #grief, #mourning being one of the actions that must be taken.

The challenge is that when our center tells us it is time to act, we can do so too heedlessly—reaching for the mechanisms most readily at hand.

A New York story: My day job involves interacting with people with psycho-social disability as a commonality. I work with some of them. But I often stop and get to know anyone who wants to talk to me. Or who seems to be in need of support. So on my last day of my mini--vacay, I enter the subway stop on W4th in the village and I see a familiar face from my job, hanging out. I chat for a few minutes before I catch the train. To those not familiar with her or if she were faced with NYPD, she could be beaten, dead, shot, because who knows? But to someone who shouts "Hi, how's it going?", she responded to me with her usual enthusiastic loud jabbering. I suggested she try to speak to her team and let them find a nice apartment to settle since my job-site is not someplace I'd recommend for a place to rest.

Der integrationswillige Migrant vs der nichtintegrationswille. Die Person die inkludiert werden kann vs jene die es nicht können/wollen.
