When there is #stateown #airline company, then more reasonable fares can be offered, subsidised by Sarawak government.

#Polytechnic and community #college students under #MoHE along with #matriculation students and those in #teacher education institutes under the #MoE receive subsidised #airfare ticket purchases effective from 6 October.
The initiative, which was first introduced on 12 July, was undertaken by the #MoT for public #university students on domestic routes between Peninsular Malaysia and #Sabah, #Sarawak and #Labuan.

The final redemption date for the RM300 digital voucher for local #publicuniversity #student to purchase #domesticflight #ticket between #PeninsularMalaysia, #Sabah, #Sarawak, and #Labuan has been extended until 31 Dec.
Purchases made after the final redemption date are allowed so long the voucher has been redeemed before.
The initiative is implemented from 15 August, student from public university can verify their eligibility through https://subsidiudara.mot.gov.my
