SESB's refusal to install electricity at my home is an absolute insult to the basic human need for power. I question whether SESB is corrupt for failing to fulfil a fundamental demand of the populace while simultaneously benefitting from its untouchable monopoly status. Essential service providers must be held accountable to the people they are mandated to serve.
