    First time ORCID adds a blog post I wrote (at @ropensci) because it is cited somewhere else! I still haven't found it where in the other blog was referenced (in 19/09/2023) ⁉️ .

    You can now enjoy a post about upgrading via a doi: 10.59350/600k0-ana71

    Coincidentally, I'm working on it to see what to save from the API disaster.

    Anyone using #rtweet for #rstats is capable of authentifying using auth_setup_default() ?

    I can't manage to make it work, and I don't know if it's me, the package or #Twitter who are failing

    There is a heated debate on Mastodon around the verification list. Some objections revolve around eligibility criteria for inclusion in the list. To be on the list one has to either be previously twitter verified OR have 100k+ followers OR have 20k+ followers AND have the followers:following ratio at least 11:1. I checked how well the existing 500+ persons on the list satisfy these conditions. In short, not well.
