Today, on the technical anniversary of my death, my birthday is celebrating mom.

I bought an additional #secondhand #Fairphone this summer, to be used by our teenager. My own phone is set up with @e_mydata for a #googleless experience, but suggesting such mostly receives #RollEyes, despite every app being available and hardly limiting what you can do with the phone. Any parents here that set their child up with a googleless phone? How did you go about this? And do you then make use of #ParentalControl, too, that I see mentioned in a recent post by /e/ foundation?

„Schulen für Kranke“
Also ich bin ehrlich, mir war der Begriff bis zum Lesen der Anfrage gar nicht bekannt. Ich kann den Gedanken von #NRW #Landtagsabgeordneten Jochen Ott (#SPD) nachvollziehen. Der Wechsel im Sprachgebrauch von #Sonderschule zu #Förderschule ist schon sehr wichtig gewesen und im Geiste dieses Gedankens macht ein Wechsel der Schule für Kranke Sinn.
Die NRW Regierung, genauer gesagt, das #Ministerium für #Schule und #Bildung möchte die „Schule für Kranke“ in „#Klinikschule“ umbenennen. Darauf ein kurzes #rolleyes ... aber der Wille zählt ...
Es bleibt abzuwarten, was genau im angekündigten 16. #Schulrechtsänderungsgesetz alles enthalten ist. Ich halt die Augen offen 😀

Was ich mich gerade ernsthaft im Thema #Legalisierung frage:
Irgendwie lese ich scheinbar überall nur noch, man wolle eine Legalisierung nur unterstützen, wenn vor dem Verkauf eine Art Aufklärungsgespräch stattgefunden hat.

Also mir ist nicht bekannt, dass es eine solche Verfahrensweise für #Tabak(waren) und #Akohol (egal in welcher Form) gibt.
Ich stelle mir gerade vor, dass jemand online ne Kiste #Wein bestellt und vorher nen #Videochat (wahrscheinlich auch noch über #ZOOM) haben muss...
... oder wie wird #ALDI reagieren, wenn die Kassierer:innen nicht mehr 16 Sekunden pro Kunden benötigen, sondern erst noch an der Kasse das Gespräch führen sollen...
... und nebenbei ist mir nicht bekannt, ich lasse mich aber sehr gerne aufklären, dass es solch Aufklärungsgespräche in Druckräumen gibt.Also mir fehlt im Thema eine generelle Verhältnismäßigkeit... aber was weiss ich schon #rolleyes

Wenn ich eine solche Überschrift lese, dann erwarte ich einen jahrelangen Rechtsstreit, wer denn nun schuld hat...
Der eigentliche Skandal ist in meinen Augen, dass seit Jahren der Misstand bekannt war, der inzwischen insolvente Unternehme "angemahnt" wurde was zu unternehmen und am Ende passierte nix.
