It’s been a pretty good day today, fairly quiet. Even my walk around the river this morning was quiet, very few people out walking which suited me fine. The river is surprisingly low in some areas which surprised me, no Roos, but plenty of birds & it definitely made me feel a lot better, my eyes are still quite sore though & when I bought Claratyne on the way home I also got some more eyedrops.
The whole day has been relatively quiet which I’ve enjoyed. Watched some tv, sat outside to read in the sunshine. I should sleep pretty well tonight. #Exercise #RiverWalk #HayFever. -
