@massivelyop Yeah, I think we’re all on board with maintenance mode. Even as dismal of a state that it’s in, we can still play #RiftGame, unlike #Wildstar and #VanguardSOH, where we waiting on emu projects.
I will say the case for sunsetting at least helps remove some of the melancholy associated with seeing these dead games and remembering when they used to be packed. As opposed to just having memories of what a sunsetted game once was but not experiencing the emptiness.

@massivelyop Hot take: Daybreak goes back to its SOE roots and buys Trove and Rift and saves a near death MMO. Just as long as Rift isn't playing the part of Vanguard in this scenario.
