NPCs can now have team leaders.
The team leader decides strategies,
like swarm out to search player, encircle the player for coordinated attack, hide and wait for a surprise attack. -

Now i can also attach material data (sounds) directly on the staticbody3d too.So now it works with:
- CSG Shapes
- StaticBody3D
- Materials (on Meshinstance3D)

I made "some" updates to the npc ai:
- BT System instead of FSM
- npc can hear things now
- npc see less if it is dark or the player hides
- npc can now shoot (placeholders)
- npc ragdoll mode
- team building + tactics -
