i'm a big fan of race for the galaxy, recently i've finally gotten around to fiddling with the Xeno Invasion expansion and trying the invasion, and once you get over the fiddly bit of it, it's actually really cool. It balances nicely and forces you to think about another level of optimization. #boardgames #raceforthegalaxy #rftg

Tried out the solo mode of race for the galaxy, it's clever and you have to be very efficient. Lost the first game and won the second, the bot got bad rolls and bad cards, though my cards weren't great, either. Pretty good for a solo experience if you'd rather deal with physical things than go on a screen ... #boardgames #RftG #raceforthegalaxy

tried playing against keldon AI in a couple expansions. I do okay with the base game (win occasionally), I'm pretty successful in a handful of plays of Alien Artifacts (I think I'm like 3/6?), but it's stomping me in Gathering Storm every time. I've been really getting into Race for the Galaxy this week, it seems. It's pretty easy to set up a *pile* of turn-based games and crank through them in spare moments. I installed the Keldon AI program and have played it a few times, I just started playing the Alien Artifacts expansion to see how that is, so far I'm 2-2 against the bot with that set. #boardgames #RftG #raceforthegalaxy
