Spent the entire afternoon at a local café. Played two rounds of #RaceForTheGalaxy and one of #CoffeeRush. It's been raining heavily today too, so #boardgames was a great activity. (boardgames are always a great activity)

Lost the first game and won the second, the bot got bad rolls and bad cards, though my cards weren't great, either. Pretty good for a solo experience if you'd rather deal with physical things than go on a screen ... #boardgames #RftG #raceforthegalaxy

tried playing against keldon AI in a couple expansions. I do okay with the base game (win occasionally), I'm pretty successful in a handful of plays of Alien Artifacts (I think I'm like 3/6?), but it's stomping me in Gathering Storm every time. One of my all-time favorites has to be #Dominion, the #Deckbuilding #game by #DonaldXVaccarino.

Other games I do quite enjoy include #SmallWorld, #Carcassonne, #RaceForTheGalaxy, #EpicCardGame, #StarRealms, #Catan and #Ascension.

I haven't played #Splendor, #7WondersDuel and #TinyEpicKingdoms that much yet but they seem fun as well.

But #DominionCardGame #DominionGame has to be my number one for sure!

@gamesbymanuel @bobcgames My issue with roll isn’t cheating, but it’s tangentially related. I have #YOPD. Small dice like in roll are far too small for me to properly set up the dice without fumbling them.

It’s terribly frustrating for me. And similar to Manuel, I find the setup, transport, and play of Race much less cumbersome.

But I’m glad people find enjoyment in it.
