    This is the first food I’ve enjoyed, really really enjoyed - and not felt nauseous after - since my #Diabetes went haywire about 10 days ago. Home made Crab’n’Sweetcorn soup I followed from @[email protected] , but I wanted it as a mains, so added Orzo pasta in lue of wonton/lesagnia. ‘cus the sweetcorn was lacking in taste a bit, and I didn’t want to add sugar, i swirled in some Hoisin
