    I think both individually and collectively we have to build the skillset of #resourcing and building a safe, healthy container where we can hold space to build our #healingintelligence so that we can attend to our #attunementwounds and respond in a way that makes us feel seen and heard

    I'm know I'm going to have to provide definitions of the terms that I hash-tagged, but I look forward to discussing the topic further
