While tallies are patchy, sorting of ballots at count centres continues.
#FamRef will be counted first. Results per constituency expected around lunchtime.
#CareRef will then be counted, and results per constituency later in the afternoon/evening.
The counts from all constituencies will be collated in Dublin Castle, where the results will be declared. Family referendum expected in the afternoon, Care referendum expected in the evening.

No idea what the official turnout % at Belmayne, Northern Cross is but at about 5pm when I was there it looked like voting was ok, with a fairly consistent flow of people, mostly older generation but a few younger couples too. #Referendum #FamilyRef #CareRef #Mastodaoine #Ref24

Mullally is brilliant. The provisions of Article 42 were wrong to begin with in 1937, and a betrayal; and a new wrong Article in 2024, another betrayal, won't make anything right.
