Mullally is brilliant. The provisions of Article 42 were wrong to begin with in 1937, and a betrayal; and a new wrong Article in 2024, another betrayal, won't make anything right.

Why are so many disabled people and carers saying the proposed 42b amendment is dangerous, but we aren't as worried about the old wording about women doing harm?
Because Irish society is at a place where any mainstream political party trying to base policy around women belonging in the home would get their arses kicked at an election.
