So MAGA is now health conscious, as long as it supports the theories they like (not Vax)?

Considering the federal government is abdicating its responsibility I guess we will get a whole smattering of states taking it on. It will probably be chaos.

Eventually two states will implement conflicting laws, and we will get products that can be sold in one state and not others.

The Food and Drug Administration announced Wednesday it is banning the food dye Red No. 3. The agency had been reviewing a petition to ban the colorant since 2022 over safety concerns.
