There were a lot of Red Efts roaming the woods yesterday. Most of their vernal pools were long gone, even mossy wetlands were out of water, but the two days of rain was a huge boon for everything.

After a month without mt biking I got out with a friend before 7am to the accompaniment of light sprinkles that turned into rain. That and 60°F (15.6C) made for an ideal ride. Oh, and mushrooms everywhere!
