  1. “Symphony of Solitude” by JAYLEEBENJAMIN

"Symphony of Solitude" by JAYLEEBENJAMIN Symphony of Solitude is a song about the kind of loneliness that comes from being visibly different in a world that rewards invisibility. It’s about the years spent walking through life feeling like an outsider - not because of anything you did, but because of who you are, how you look, how you speak, and how people project their assumptions onto you before they ever bother to know you.Growing up mixed-race, gay, and visibly “not the masculine […]

It’s about the years spent walking through life feeling like an outsider - not because of anything you did, but because of who you are, how you look, how you speak, and how people project their assumptions onto you before they ever bother to know you. Libraries hold a special place in my heart, for reasons both intellectual and sentimental.

Librarians are guardians of knowledge, champions of freedom, and friends of the people. They are community members, dedicated to helping connect poor people with relevant information, so they can improve their minds, educate themselves, and access job resources.

After I became a #whistleblower in 2023, and was made #homeless , this notion was challenged.

Librarians would block my access, call the police, and have me arrested. If you find this hard to believe, please see my whistleblower website. The PDF linked, has an appendix giving the “receipts” ( documents to corroborate my account ).

I had applied to be a board member of the libraries in Hawai’i after attending their meetings, and saw some corruption there.

Scroll to the bottom of this page, and see the photo of the board members. How many native Hawai’ian faces do you see? Any Japanese or brown folks?

    folkhawaii.com/about-us/

Their former Director of Membership, Bobby Gebbia, lied in court, before the judge and cameras, saying I was a board member, though I was not granted a membership.

In Hawai’i, librarians appear to be part of the occupying forces, whitewashing colonialism, insidiously taking over and erasing the true history of Hawai’i, which I heard from talking to local old timers.

250 years ago, Hawai’i had not heard of Jesus, and had its own deities, ( Goddess Pele, the creator, Kaneloa, etc. )
Then Captain James Cook invaded, and 90% of the natives were wiped out.

Then Samson Dole attacked with soldiers, threw out the natives, turned their land into plantations, and turned the natives into day laborers on the plantation, on their own land.

Contrary to popular belief, Hawai’i is not a part of the USA, but a belligerently occupied territory,

1887-1897: Hawaiʻi Rebelled against the USA.

Hawaiʻian people did not choose to be part of the USA.
King David Kalākaua was forced to sign what is called the "Bayonet Constitution". Queen Liliuokalani asserted that Kalākaua's life was threatened: "He signed that constitution under absolute compulsion."

Now Hawai’i is full of churches, their own gods are vanishing from memory, thanks to the “librarians”. There’s poverty, a drug epidemic, and seething discontent on the streets. Hawai’ian people are heavily overpoliced, thrown into jail without cause, and denied #justice in the #courts of the occupiers ( #USA ).

All this is hidden from the casual tourist, content to visit a golf course on the sacred land, that has been bulldozed, and be served drinks by little brown people ( usually from the Marshall Islands, Hawai’i locals have mostly left for minimum wage jobs in mainland America ).

Billionaires, like Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Ellison, Jeff Bezos, and Oprah Winfrey, “own” huge chunks of the land.

Chinese billionaire, Eva Liu, has controlled the Punalu’u Black Sand beach, with a sweetheart deal ( $1 ), and is proposing erasing this natural landmark, spawning site of the endangered Saddleback Turtles, and building resorts there, in the name of “development”.

In 2022, the Hawai’ian people had a setback in court.
    ( Hawaiian Kingdom v. #Biden ; December 14, 2022 )

Librarians have been instrumental, in manipulating minds, and pushing through these insidious #imperialist agendas, and disenfranchising and displacing the local people.

  5. THE COLLAPSE OF AGGRESSIVE ADVERTISING: FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, AND THE NEW RULES

ARTICLE THREE parts 1For more than a decade, digital platforms have relied on a simple formula:predict what you want, push it at you, and keep pushing until you click.Facebook perfected it.Google industrialised it.Instagram and TikTok normalised it.And YouTube built an entire creator economy on top of it.But the Meta case has changed the direction of travel. The legal pressure applied to Meta is not limited to Meta — it applies to the entire advertising ecosystem. The behaviours under […]

  6. the kinds of narratives that circulate online, especially when they target LGBT people

I’m sharing this because it’s important to recognise the kinds of narratives that circulate online, especially when they target LGBT people or any marginalised group. I haven’t engaged with the original poster, and I won’t — not because the topic isn’t important, but because some individuals post deliberately provocative content with no intention of having a reasonable or good‑faith conversation. Their aim is to provoke, divide, and generate as much reaction as possible.  The […]

  7. “We are all individual and we’re different — that covers it all.”

You’ve seen:- labels invented for fun  - labels used to troll  - labels used to vent frustration  - labels used to mock LGBT people  - labels pushed online as if they’re official  - labels preached at the public without explanation  This is exactly what happened with that LinkedIn post you mentioned — a giant list of labels presented as if they were established categories. That is preaching. And it does make people switch off.Your reaction is logical:> “If you want to be taken […]

  8. Everyone who walked into Heaven for the first time carried something with them

The arches under the Embankment. The descent into the underworld. The first night at Heaven.I wasn’t the only one who arrived nervous.Everyone who walked into Heaven for the first time carried something with them — fear, hope, loneliness, lust, confusion, excitement, guilt, courage. It didn’t matter who you were.It didn’t matter where you came from.It didn’t matter how confident you pretended to be.Heaven stripped you down to your truth.I remember stepping down those stairs — the […]

  9. PART 1 — The Myth of “AI Slop”

People throw around the phrase “AI slop” without understanding what it actually means. They use it as a blanket insult for anything created with AI, even when the work is original, directed, and crafted. The truth is simple: AI slop is not about the tool — it’s about the effort. Most of the content people complain about is:genericlow‑effortcopy‑paste promptsmass‑produceddirectionlessmade without intentionThat’s what “slop” really is.But people make a mistake: they assume […]

  10. First Big‑City Club Night (London Version)

First Big‑City Club Night (London Version)A hidden London gay club, early 1990s, located down a narrow Soho alley. The exterior is mid‑century brick with a black door and no signage. Inside, the entrance hallway is dimly lit with deep burgundy walls, scuffed skirting boards, and posters for past club nights pinned to a corkboard.A small wooden table near the door holds stacks of Boyz magazine and The Pink Paper, their neon covers glowing under a single overhead bulb. The young man, now in […]

  11. Reaching for Gay Times” the moment before a young queer person reaches for a lifeline that could change everything.

Reaching for Gay Times” A small, narrow London newsagent on a busy street in Soho, late 1980s. The interior is cramped, with tall shelves of crisps, chocolate bars, newspapers, and magazines. Fluorescent strip lights cast a pale, humming glow across the shop.In the centre stands a 19‑year‑old young man, slim build, medium height, dark brown hair styled in a shy, careful fringe. He wears a faded denim jacket, a white T‑shirt, and black trousers, typical of late‑80s London youth […]

  13. Why “The Principles of Love and Compassion” Still Matters

Why “The Principles of Love and Compassion” Still MattersMy first album was the seed of everything I create now. 19. Karmageddon
Aside from the fact that Hank 3 is arguably one of the best musicians of the millennium, he is an ambivalent figure – and wants to be just that. “I look like Abel, but I am raising Kain” – as the Crossroad songs explain to us: if you side with one side, you’ve lost; then contact is lost. You don’t always have to understand that, but you can listen to his song ‘Karmageddon’ – which is rather atypical for Hank 3. Perhaps your God isn’t justice. He’s certainly revengeful. Enjoy the rest of it.
