i'm hosting another dog walk on saturday, february 22nd in #raleighNC if anybody would like to attend. our last walk lasted 45-60 minutes and we practiced ignoring the other dogs.

Books about training and dealing with #reactivedogs are much like books about writing craft: it’s best to read widely and use what works for you, rather than following any one program like it’s the only guru you need.

(Also: a mentor and peers is better than a book, if possible. You can’t cry on a book’s shoulder)

One of the neighbours in our flat complex have a #reactive cockapoo. I haven't spoken to them yet - I feel that would be impolite - but it's comforting to know we aren't the only ones dealing with this. #ReactiveDogs #RescueDog
