What a fantastic weekend it was! Mostly filled with spotting owls! Out of the 6 owl species that live in the Netherlands, I got to see and photograph 4 of them.

The last 2 evenings I've been out watching and photographing these long-eared #owlets in #ParkSchothorst #Amersfoort They are so fun to watch hopping branches and sometimes cuddling with their branchling siblings but most of all waiting for the parent to bring them dinner!
I'm planning to go see them again during the daytime tomorrow, hopefully some better light conditions!

Daarom zijn wij ( @PvdDHHNK) er ook mordicus tegen dat het Waterschap samen met het recreatieschap Geestmerambacht hier windmolens wil gaan plaatsen.

Je gelooft het niet, maar we kregen nog een camera waardoor de elfjarige en ik nu samen kunnen fotograferen. Ik maakte net m’n eerste drie foto’s :)
