One of my buddies tipped me about a location where 5 #juvenile #kestrels were preparing to leave their nest box only a small detour from the polder I went to visit this morning. Had an exciting experience at #Arkemheen polder today! After chasing away a #white-tailed #eagle, this red kite came at me, circling above me and possibly contemplating an attack. After a few good shots, I chose to leave its threatening aura.
