There seems to be very little happening to advocate for #quadracycle use in the US. They seem, under the right circumstances, to be a really useful tool away from cars and huge vehicles in general. Is anybody doing advocacy around this? Anywhere I should be looking to help?

i've been looking into electric microcars for a bit, and while certainly better than normal cars, i noticed that they tend to still be quite heavy. like 500·kg heavy. i get that they would be a bit heavier than e-bikes, having a roof and 4 wheels all, but 10 times as much?

i suspect it's because they are designed for regular car speed and car crashes.

turns out i was looking for the wrong thing, what i want is called an electric #velomobile #quadracycle or #velocar.
