Vaping related lung injury is more common with cannibinoid replacement/low dose/THC products - vitamin E acetate causes surfactant to crystallise causing derecruitment. Presents like viral pneumonitis - bilateral opacities, high CRP but low PCT, high temp (quite a few gastro symptoms in some case series too!).
