A failed #icu library update by compatibility in #arch causes a stop working Linux and after restart a blue screen in #linux. The solution was using a live usb, in chroot install manually the #icu 76.1-1 zst package with help other usb, remove orphans packages, connect wifi using #iwctl, update via pacman the icu library with override and finally restart 💪🏽

Confusion between #AcuteCorePulmonale and #RightVentricularDysfunction is common in #ICU.

A very important reminder that anyone using #Echocardiography to assess #RightVentricularFunction in critically ill patients should read and share.
