Good morning Fedi friends. It felt quite cold when I woke this morning, but that could well be because my hands & arms were on top of the doona rather than warmly tucked in 😬. The temp was about 7c but it did feel colder & it’s quite a dull grey misty morning, that should clear to some sunshine later this morning with the top temp getting to 16c
My lower back so much better today which is very good. I probably didn’t help myself by moving my lounge suite around yesterday after my walk. I decided that the armchair I had been using was no longer feeling comfortable for my back & needed to switch to the couch. So I moved everything around. Change is good, even if it’s only a little change.
I’m going out to lunch today, a little out of town to the Bethanga Pub. I haven’t been there for years & I was talking about it with a friend - so we decided to go today & see if it is just as good as it used to be. Might even get a little walk along the Hume weir foreshore at Bellbridge. Before that though I want to do a gentle stretch class, I feel the need to do something, but don’t want to aggravate the back again.
