  1. It’s fascinating how biology shapes us. Before puberty, boys and girls actually have nearly identical levels of physical strength and athletic ability.

Once puberty hits, hormonal changes shift everything. For boys, testosterone drastically increases muscle mass and bone density. For girls, estrogen prioritizes the development of breasts, wider hips for childbearing, and essential body fat.

These beautiful, necessary adaptations for life mean that a girl's physical strength doesn't scale up the same way a boy's does, changing the physical balance between the sexes forever. nature’s blueprint is amazing. 🧬✨

  3. CW: Talking about wet dreams and "abstaining"

I also read abstaining from jerking off increases the chances. Well I did try it back then before I was 20 and the longest time I abstained was a month and a half and still nothing, lol.

Do I have to abstain for a whole year? I mean it'd suck cos idk. It's like maintenance for me. I do it like every week or two since I learned to do it and idk I'd prolly feel like something's missing the longer I don't do it haha.

  5. CW: Talking about wet dreams

Another sleep where I didn't have a notable dream to talk about. My subconscious was probably switching channels in the background but nothing was interesting so nothing showed up in my "vision".

I'll be 24 in 2 days but here's something to talk about: I never had a wet dream throughout my teenage years !

I read it makes people cum in their sleep, but I bet it's gonna leave a mess especially since I don't really wear anything when I'm asleep.

    • Physical Transformation: Puberty is described as a "hormonal flood" triggered by the HPG axis, leading to growth spurts of up to 10cm per year. This development is distal-to-proximal, meaning hands and feet grow before the torso, often outstripping the brain's internal spatial map and causing characteristic teenage clumsiness.

  16. Across a woman’s life there are three major physiological transitions: puberty, pregnancy/childbirth, and menopause.
Medicine tends to treat them as separate stories. Lived experience often doesn’t.
This essay explores a single regulatory pattern that reappears across these stages — sometimes as overwhelm, sometimes as crisis, sometimes much later as muscle cramps or autonomic symptoms — not as pathology, but as boundary dynamics under changing conditions.
    It’s about recognition, not diagnosis.
    About regulation, not “coping better”.
And about why many women sense continuity where systems see fragments.
If this resonates — for you, your daughters, or your patients — you’re not imagining the pattern.

  20. I was 36 years old, standing in a pub, secretly navigating the early, volatile stages of a second puberty, and no one knew.
My chest was on fire. It felt as though someone had taken sandpaper to my nipples and then dipped them in acid.
