This is the same as the papers from Shanafelt et al. in 2012 and 2015, probably updated again since then.

Abuse of power by our law enforcement and judicial system is nothing new, particularly as it pertains to Black people.

Those of us with power and privilege have a responsibility to do everything to prevent these atrocities.

Other doctors and I wrote about this in the Am. Journal of #PrevMed to educate folx on the basic history and what we can do about it. It's oriented for healthcare workers, but applies much more broadly.
