I'm glad that I held back on my first weight training in years yesterday, used the 6kg dumbbell instead of the 10kg, and did only one round of sets. As when I woke up I could feel it a bit, lucky nothing hurted on the run.

Well these two mutts, especially Miss MoneyPenny the ginger Podenco, would have you know that she doesn't care much for Paddy the Irish mutt (Black Saluki collie/lurcher mix). But for some reason his belly is ck for a head rest, and it was fine to her head right next to his meat and two vegs.

Because of work this week I didn't get to run much. Also someone, well that's me, read the weather forecast a bit wrong.
