HF Underground's Fediverse bot just posted a link to a new thread about proposing a Part 15 arrangement for community radio, something about 1 watt. Of course I wanted more information--clicked on the link, found the thread was started by ThaDood, who also had a signature line worth repeating. I quote as follows:
