I've been making fruit/veggie #smoothies for ~6 months now as a core part of my #diet (#AIP).

I recently learned that I could add lemon juice or honey to the smoothies to help prevent #oxidization (which causes the smoothie to take on a disturbing brownish color).

I didn't want the tart, so I used honey. Unfortunately, I think this is causing some acid #reflux.

Now the question is: can I use something else to neutralize the acidity without removing honeys effectiveness to prevent oxidization?
