Good morning tooters. It was around 5c when I got up today & is still fairly cool at just 8c. We’re heading to a lovely sunny ☀️ 24c. It’s a cloudless blue sky outside & there’s not a breath of wind.
I am going to have a do nothing much day. I was so weary & sore last night that I was in bed quite early for me. Woke this morning with a headache, aching joints, a sore tummy & feeling kind of washed out. I don’t think I’m coming down with anything, but will go & get some tests just to be sure. I think digging holes for trees, digging out my Crepe Myrtle along with the over ambitious walk yesterday was just a little too much for this old girl. My stomach ache has nearly gone & my headache is fading though. I really do need to start being more mindful of my age, it’s not easy for me to pull back though.
So my plan for today is couch sitting, book reading, tv watching, playing some games & whatever else takes my fancy but doesn’t involve any hard work at all 😁.

Second time at #Gym after joining. I figure "I'm not *that* unfit." I push myself.

35 minutes in and despite having stopped all exertion, and lying on the floor for another 20 minutes, my heart rate hasn't dropped below 120, I have severe pins and needles in both arms from the elbow down and I cant stop shaking.

I did somehow not throw up, so I guess I can count that as a win.

I don't believe this.

I actually cut out little bits of paper to represent all the various people, and started laying them out on the floor, with squares marked off in masking tape to represent the different houses, just to get a better overview of the situation…

…and that doesn't really let me get the *connections* between individuals, and I am deadass thinking, "I need a cork board and pieces of string, like when someone's a conspiracy theorist." Seriously?!
