Nobody disputes the premise. Hunger did, in fact, predate Bola Tinubu, in the same sense that gravity predated Isaac Newton. The trouble is what the premise is being asked to do. Generating quantum entanglement from sunlight.
Scientists from the University of Ottawa (Canada) and the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light (Germany) have succeeded for the first time in generating quantum entanglement directly from sunlight.
Until now, high-energy lasers were required to create entangled photons—a key element of quantum computing, sensors, and encryption. The researchers created a setup consisting of a window-sized Fresnel lens and a special funnel that concentrated the collected sunlight into an optical fiber the thickness of a human hair. The focused beam was then directed at a special crystal.
To overcome the chaotic nature of solar radiation, the scientists focused on its polarization.
The resulting photons successfully passed key tests: they were 94% consistent with a perfectly entangled state. Now, for example, space satellites will be able to generate secure encryption keys using free sunlight.
