    At #Open2018 I heard a pitch from one of the folks involved in #OpenGift. This is a cool idea! They connect orgs who need software with free code developers. Depending on their needs, the orgs can be supplied with existing software as-in, or modifed for their needs, or new free code software created from scratch for them if nothing existing fits their needs. OG tries to pool orgs with similar needs to reduce costs for each, while paying devs a living wage:
