But #Burgum's move comes the same week a report from the Government Accountability Office, done in response to the executive order, found only minor issues with the existing permitting process.

The only global number I can find is 264GW from DNV, but RenewablesUK say there is already a global pipeline of 266GW and WindEurope expect between 100 and 150GW of floating wind in Europe, both of which suggest the DNV number might be a bit low.
